Senior Leadership Programme Days 1 and 2 (residential), Gorse Hill, Woking

26th and 27th June 2024 (residential)

These are the first two days in the series of five that make up the S7 Senior Leadership Programme. This programme is designed for staff at Director or Senior Tutor level or above, and looking to move to an Assistant Principal role (Curriculum or Pastoral).

Please note that the first two days are a residential course with an overnight stay at Gorse Hill.

If you wish to attend the next Senior Leadership Programme please contact your college Staff Development Manager.

Future dates for this course will be available soon, but Day 3 will take place at Gorse Hill at the end of September/beginning of October 2024, Day 4 is a work shadowing day at another college and Days 5 and 6 are a 1.5 day residential that will take place at Gorse Hill at the end of January 2025.
