Aspiring Pastoral Managers Training, Reigate College

The Aspiring Pastoral Managers' course is aimed at tutors who currently have no responsibility but who are thinking of applying for Tutor team leader jobs in future.

Topics covered in this whole-day programme are: from team member to team leader; moving up to Pastoral Manager; how to make your application stand out….in the right way; recruiting a Pastoral Manager through the eyes of an Assistant Principal, Student Services, and there will also be a panel of Senior Leaders who will answer delegates' questions.
