Date for 2023/24: Wednesday, 21st February 2024 at Reigate College
This is a one day training programme aimed at teachers and tutors who wish to investigate further the equivalent pastoral role of Head of Department (Tutor Team Leader).
The workshops in this one-day programme will help you to explore how to make the step up to being a pastoral manager and how you can make your application stand out as well as understanding the process of recruiting a pastoral manager through the eyes of an Assistant Principal.
There will also be a panel of tutor team leaders/senior tutors to answer any questions you may have about the role.
