This programme is aimed at Support Staff Managers to develop their leadership skills. It will take place away from the pressures and pace of the College environment at a training venue near Woking – Gorse Hill. With a mix of delegates from across the South East Sixth Form Colleges all together in one place, it is hoped that there will be plenty of opportunities to make informal connections and networks with colleagues to discuss and solve issues you face currently as a manager.
